I want to remove an add-on (pipelines) from an repo,
but there is no manager board to remove it .

Hi @default7 ,
you can enable/disable pipelines under the repository admin/settings section at:
https://bitbucket.org/<username>/<repository>/admin/addon/admin/pipelines/settings

I checked the setting it was already disabled.but the pipeline is still exist on the left sidebar.
