I am trying since 30 minutes to delete my account permanently. Apparently I have a active "Bitbucket (Cloud) (Monthly Payments)" subcription associated to unknow what exactly. It costs me zero but still bother me having it.
How can i delete it?
How can I cancel my account?
I tried from id.atalassia.com but i continue to receive this message: "This account is related to active accounts that are set to AUTO-RENEW. This account is the primary billing contact for one or more products. This account is a technical contact for one or more products. To continue deleting this account the account owner needs to visit my.atlassian.com and designate a different user as a billing and technical contact."
Help to get this sorted buy Atalassian Customer Support staff will be really appreciated.

I checked your Bitbucket Cloud account and I can see that it is already in deleting state.
For that, it will be deleted within 30 days according to our guidelines on deleting accounts.
