Modify "Commits pushed" email notification to include entire commit message.

When I push a commit the commit email only shows about ~102 characters of the commit message and then cuts it off. If you have a new line it stops on the first line.

How can we get the entire commit message shown in the email? Is there any way to customise what is shown in the email notification?
