It appears the password for my Atlassian account expired without notice and password reset emails are not being delivered to my inbox. I have checked my spam folders and quarantined/blocked email folders and the reset emails are not there either. I have created a support ticket (CA-1035806) with the email address of the affected account as I had to create/use an alternate account to access the community and service desk.
Is there any other way to reset my password? Or can someone help me determine if emails to my address are being blocked/held on the Atlassian side?
Confirm if your email is correct or using the correct email address, then request for password change.
