Not receiving password reset email

I forgot my BitBucket password, but I'm able to login with gmail. I can't change my BitBucket password because I don't receive the reset link on my email. I have tried many times, but the mail never received on my account. I have also checked on spam folder

Hi John, welcome to the Community!

I've checked our mail system and I could see your email address was stuck there with the error message "The email account that you tried to reach does not exist". Can you confirm you were using the right one? In any case I've removed it from our bouncing list, so please try again and let us know if you're able to receive the reset password email.

The mail account was not created when my coworker tried to send me an invitation to the repository.

I had to create another account so I could work in the repository and I forgot to switch accounts before post my feedback about your comment. 

The above comment about the invitation has been sent before the email account creation is mine.
