I am watcher to repository and I am subscribed to receive email notifications on "commits".
I expect there will be email notification about any commit performed by any user. but I do not receive any emails about my commits.
Hey @Pavel Katalymov
Welcome to Community...
We observe that the Invitation emails are delivered to the organisation's Mail server.
Could you please check the steps below to receive Emails from BitBucket:
For more details, please review Scenario #2 - Product Notifications on the page email-notifications-not-working
I hope this helps. If the problem persists after checking email preferences and additional tips, contact Bitbucket cloud Support for further assistance.

Hi Shwetha,
I do not see any inconsistency between requirement you highlighted and my settings, but still do not receive "commit" notification emails.
1. Email is correct (i receive invitation and other communication from bitbucket)

Hey @Pavel Katalymov
Thank you for sharing the details.
Could you please check and let me know if you are receiving the Notification for the Commits performed by your colleagues on the Repository?
Also, as discussed on the feature request BCLOUD-11596, notification emails for own commits or other watched actions of a repository are not triggered to the end users.
Also please check the Spam/Junk box for the Notifications if any.
I hope this helps. If the problem persists, contact Bitbucket cloud Support for further assistance.
Best Regards

I am not allowed to release the repository for other developer's (including myself) to work until the issue with missed email notification will be resolved. In this particular case such email notifications are the "documents" with we must have on any commit/push.
I had a look into BCLOUD-11596 - the resolution to this very important request is disappointing.
So it looks like we need to investigate the possibility to use webhooks https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/manage-webhooks/
Any successful experience on using webhooks to share?

Hey @Pavel Katalymov
For more details on webhooks I would suggest it is best to raise a support request with the experts at Atlassian Support request
The experts will share indepth answers and test cases for the queries on the Invitation Emails and BitBucket Webhooks.
Best Regards
