Passing Parameters from Bitbucket to Jenkins in url

I want to integrate Bitbucket with Jenkins in a way, whenever there is a commit in the Bitbucket repository there should be automated build job in Jenkins , instead of any plugin if we send it by URL ,

how to send multiple parameters through the url and

what is the particular element that detect the change in repo(from bitbucket) which could be send to url to Jenkins.

I am new to Jenkins and want to do integration of particular repo in Bitbucket to Jenkins

Please guide me.
