Problem with SVN

Hello,

I have a strange problem with sending files to SVN. Now, using Tortoise SVN, path of the address: https://intelicom.atlassian.net/svn/AAMGRASMAKOWPL/trunk Is closed. All other tracks from other projects are working properly. Where does it come from?

That's not a Jira problem - your svn administrators/owners have blocked access to that subversion repo. You'll need to talk to them.

Is it possible that this problem occurs due to the fact that there are code reviews opened? If yes, so there is a problem with that - we are not able to abaddon opened reviews. There is info: "Error connecting to the Crucible server".

You're mixing up access - unless you've done something particularly clever with your Tortoise installation and tied it into Crucible, then the error you're seeing is SVN telling Tortoise "no". Nothing to do with Crucible, although that may well be a secondary effect.
