We have an application for Jira Cloud, we register the 4 lifecycle events as described in the documentation , and see see applications requesting the "disabled" lifecycle event, but users report that they did not request this. I cannot see any way from the Application management page to "disable" an application, and this confluence article seems to say that you can't disable an app in the cloud hosted version.
1. Can I safely ignore the disabled webhooks?
2. Why are we receiving the disabled webhook? Is it based on some user action?
