Best way for download patch from piplines

How i can show a link to download a patch assembled inside pipline? And where i must store this patch?

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you want to do, but pipeline artifacts is a requested feature https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues/13114/provide-a-way-to-store-view-artifacts

there are also work arounds presented there (eg. upload to s3 https://bitbucket.org/awslabs/amazon-s3-bitbucket-pipelines-python)
