Bitbucket Server & Jira Software are always not working in Windows 10

The error comes when I access the server 

 

This site can’t be reached

localhost refused to connect.

 

  • Search Google for localhost 7990

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Hi Aslam,

 

Can you provide more details about how you are setting up the applications? Are you hosting them on your local machine? If so, can you share what documentation you followed to install them?
