I am not the Billing Admin--nor am I the Technical Contact for

But I am the Technical Contact/Admin for all our Atlassian products.
But I am required to present an invoice for the monthly amount charged to the credit card of one of our Directors. How can I assign this to me or our Atlassian account? Edwin Jewell who is both the Billing Admin and Technical Contact is no longer with the organization--it's been more than a year.
