Hi there,
I'm trying to create a link between Bitbucket Cloud and JIRA Cloud. I am an admin on both sites. The repos I want to link are owned by my Bitbucket team (not by me, although I am a member of the team that owns it).
In JIRA, when I go to DVCS Accounts > link Bitbucket account:
I choose the team that owns the repo in the dropdown allowing me to choose the account to link. But I get this error every time:
I get the same error when I try to link the 2 applications via JIRA > Projects > Add item > Integrate Bitbucket (as in this post).
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks!
Hello @Delphine Foo-Matkin,
This needs to be investigated by the Atlassian support team and I have created a corresponding issue on your behalf. You should receive an email shortly.
Cheers,
Felipe
I am also having this issue. I am an Admin in Bitbucket and a Site Admin in Jira but when I try to link the two on the DVCS page I get a 500 error page.
Thanks,
Ben

Hi Ben,
The Atlassian support team had to refresh our Bitbucket instance in order for the error to go away. If they don't reply to you here, I suggest you a log a case with them.
