Hi! I'm trying to resolve a previous problem for a specific workspace(See https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/User-limit-exceeded-despite-workspace-not-accessible-for-user/qaq-p/2550144 for details) - In an attempt to avoid forking/cloning the repository to another account(Direct transfer is not possible due to usage of Git LFS, we would also prefer to not lose any issues/metadata), I'm trying to see if there is any way to access the original workspace account?
The owner of said workspace account have tried to login to the account at Bitbucket recently but apparently it redirects him to the registration page for the account at Bitbucket. Perhaps Bitbucket/Atlassian sending a verification mail to the original account e-mail address would help to resolve the problem?
If the user is redirected to a registration page, it's because they're trying to login using their email alias instead of their primary email address - this is explained in further detail in our documentation below as well as some practical steps they can take:
Once they're logged in using the correct account, they need to click their avatar in the top-right corner, then select All Workspaces to view a list of all the workspaces that they are a member of.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!

The owner of the workspace lacks repositorial access and I(Repo admin for the forementioned workspace) seem incapable of adding the workspace owner as a repository user since neither me nor the owner seems to know the primary email address associated with the workspace in question(Cannot add the owner for access to the repository by username/alias either) - Thus it seems impossible for the owner of the workspace to follow the verification/fix steps in the documentation link you have provided.
It would be immensely helpful if you and/or other Bitbucket/Atlassian administrators could send an e-mail to the primary email address for Bitbucket user Infinity-Anon(Owner/Administrator of workspace for repository at **REDACTED**) for the sake of verification since said e-mail alias is - at the moment - the only known mail address for the account for both me and the owner of the workspace.

Hi BrokenProgrammer,
Unfortunately, I cannot reveal personally identifiable information to a user whom I cannot verify is an owner of said workspace, this is per our security policies that protect user generated content.
I can reveal that it is a gmail account, but that workspace has 0 repositories so I'm not sure it's the one you're intending. You will need to review your existing email addresses and attempt to log in using those. It might be helpful to check git config as well as commit history against one of those repositories as these will usually reveal an email address for commit authors.
Cheers!
