create rules for commit naming

As the title suggest, i want to write some rules in the naming of the commits,

problem is, i cant seem to find where exactly you can do that.

It is a vague what exactly you are looking for, but if you want to enforce rules on commit messages, then the Better Commit Policy Connector app does exactly that for Bitbucket Cloud!
