So main problem is that i have done payment three times for upgrade plan but for some it is done and after sometime payment refunded and then got issue of 1 GB data limit can you please help me out of this how to do this actully we need to upgrade the plan all developments are pending due to this i request to you please response ASAP.

I can see that you have an active Standard plan workspace. Please ensure you raise a ticket with our customer advocacy team as they'll be able to provide you with billing support:
