how to upgrade a plan ?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

So main problem is that i have done payment three times for upgrade plan but for some it is done and after sometime payment refunded and then got issue of 1 GB data limit can you please help me out of this how to do this actully we need to upgrade the plan all developments are pending due to this i request to you please response ASAP.

Hi @Rishabh Pal 

I can see that you have an active Standard plan workspace. Please ensure you raise a ticket with our customer advocacy team as they'll be able to provide you with billing support:

  • Navigate to: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
  • Select Billing payments & pricing and click Go to billing, payments and pricing
  • Follow the steps in that wizard to raise a ticket with our team

If you encounter issues raising a ticket, please let me know your timezone and I will raise one on your behalf.
