Upgrade license to higher user tires

Hi,

I have a question related to licensing and need some helps from you guys.

Is there any compensation on upgrading license to higer user tiers? Should we pay for the hole new payment again in case of upgrading license to a higher user tiers(upgrade Bitbucket from 250 to 500 users with a price of 11,000$), regardless that our license is recently purchased?

When you purchase a higher tier, your existing accounts are taken into account and you pay the difference between the current and new tier.  Go to the my.atlassian account that bought the current licences and upgrade from there.
