Why can't pay for Bitbucket Cloud upfront?

Hi there, 
who knows why I can't pay for bitbucket cloud for 1 year (in advance) just like Jira Cloud and some other tools?

For technical reasons we can't pay every month so we're looking for alternative git servers like github and gitlab

Please note, at this time, we only accept payment via credit card on a monthly basis for Bitbucket Cloud. If we decide to offer an annual pricing plan or offer bank transfer payments, we will make an announcement on our Atlassian Blog http://blogs.atlassian.com/.

You could consider our Server, (https://www.atlassian.com/software/bitbucket/server) or Data Center, (https://www.atlassian.com/software/bitbucket/enterprise/data-center) offerings, which can be purchased via multiple payment methods. The products that you’d want to look into are Bitbucket Server and Bamboo.
