Linking Confluence to Chatbots

Hi....does anyone have any experience or thoughts  on how to link Confluence Contents to Chatbots ... primarily for External (Customer) access

This is a chatbot that leverages confluence and other sources of knowledge to answer.

There is a free trial option.
