게스트 인원 추가 및 상위 요금제 사용 관련 문의

워크 스페이스 당 게스트 권한의 인원 수를 늘리고 싶습니다.

-현재 할당 가능한 게스트 수 :25명

워크 스페이스 별 필요 가능 게스트 수 : 약 160명

게스트를 추가 금을 지불 하고 충원하거나, 요금제 변경이 필요하다면 해당하는 요금제의 금액도 함께 확인해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

또한 USER 권한으로 할당한다면 발생하는 1인당 요금도 함께 확인 부탁드립니다.

개별 Confluence 공간에 추가할 수 있는 게스트 수에는 제한이 없습니다.

Confluence 인스턴스당 최대 게스트 수에는 제한이 있습니다. 이 제한은 Confluence 인스턴스에 대해 라이선스가 부여된 사용자 수에 5를 곱한 값입니다.

현재 게스트 수가 25명인 경우, 라이선스가 부여된 사용자는 5명입니다(25/5 = 5).
라이선스 사용자가 10명인 경우 총 게스트 수는 50명입니다.
총 게스트 수 160명을 확보하려면 라이선스가 부여된 사용자는 32명이어야 합니다.
게스트 수를 늘리기 위해 요금을 지불할 수는 없습니다. 게스트 수를 늘리려면 사용자 라이선스를 추가로 구매해야 합니다.

Hello,

There is not a limit on the number of Guests that can be added to an individual Confluence Space.

There is a limit to the number of Guests you can have in total for a Confluence instance. That limit is 5 multiplied by the number of licensed Users you have for the Confluence instance.

• If you currently have a limit of 25 guests, that would indicate that you have 5 licensed users ( 25/5 = 5)
• If you had 10 licensed users then you could have a total of 50 Guests
• To get a total of 160 Guests you would need to have 32 licensed Users.

You cannot pay a fee to get just additional Guests. You have to pay for more user licenses to get more Guests.

Inquiry regarding adding guests and using a higher-tier plan

I would like to increase the number of guests per workspace.

Currently available number of guests: 25

Required number of guests per workspace: Approximately 160

If you need to pay additional fees to add guests or change your plan, please also confirm the applicable plan fee.

Please also confirm the per-person fee incurred if assigning USER permissions.
