Add Description of Update to (Recommended) Updates Notification

Dear community,

Would it be possible to add the description of an update to a page within Confluence that has been entered by the editor/author into the field 'What did you change?' to the notifications being sent to other users (who either have subscribed to that page/space or to 'Recommended Updates'?

This would greatly help to recognize whether an update to a page is relevant to a recipient of such emails.
