Application navigator not syncing between linked Jira/Confluence

I have linked local instances of jira and confluence with a series of custom links in the application navigator, when I view these in confluence it prompts to manage them from within Jira but when I do this the changes are not reflected within confluence even when i click the refresh icon on both confluence and jira.

I have also recently renamed my Jira and Confluence instances recently but these changes have passed through to the application navigator and application links.

What steps can I take to get the applicaition navigator the same on both systems?

Realised the links had synced, but the order and if the link is hidden is managed locally in confluence.

Hi Brett,

Please check your log file and see whether it match with following lines

...
org.springframework.dao.IncorrectResultSizeDataAccessException: Incorrect result size: expected 1, actual 2
at org.springframework.dao.support.DataAccessUtils.singleResult(DataAccessUtils.java:53)
...
