Greetings to all,

Atlassian is reporting everything on operational status although our Atlassian Cloud site is down for maintenance for some time now.

Can you please provide any feedback on this one? 

Where can I request feedback for this one if not here?

How can I keep track of maintenance regarding our Cloud site?

Hi @chatzisavvas.6 

It appears that one of your site-admins have already created a support case for this problem.  That ticket is over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/48/PCS-157835 although you likely do not have access to this request.

In order to create this kind of support request, it typically has to come from a site-admin.
