How can this suck so badly? Every time I try to comment on a page in the knowledge base (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/Confluence+Knowledge+Base+Home) I repeatedly get captcha rejections, even though what I put in looks totally right. It has been like this for a long time, and I know I'm not the only one who has complained before. Is it that you don't really want comments there? In general, I don't like captcha, but I've never seen this kind of nearly unusable behavior elsewhere. Here's an example of one of my attempts that got rejected:
This appears to be fixed -- the Atlassian captchas are now readable and act as expected.
Your user account might need to have the max retries reset. I would try and contact Atlassian support directly as this likely requires a human to fix.
