Automatically allocate hours to Epics through different product phase

Hi, 

Is there a solution to have hours automatically allocate to specific Epics when our product has entered a new phase?

For example: Product A (prototype) has moved phases to Product A (verification), when employees are adding hours to tickets that were previously linked to (Prototype), is there a way to automatically shift to (Verification) without manually closing and opening new tickets.

I don't think you can do this in confluence. 

In jira you could use jira automation to create worklogs when an epic is transitioned.
