I created an automation rule to trigger based on a user being added to a group, but the automation rule doesn't trigger when a user is added to that group. I can't figure out why the rule isn't triggering. Does this trigger not work or is there something I'm potentially doing incorrectly?

Adding for clarity, this is within Confluence automation. This trigger isn't available in Jira automation.

I had opened a support ticket with Atlassian and they just responded.
They've created a bug ticket for this issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-81175.

Thanks for updating us @Gary Spross . BTW, my oversight was that I was thinking "Jira" when clearly this was for Confluence. 🙄
