We currently have Confluence as a knowledge base. Jira for helpdesk support and Slack as our primary method of communication. Our Slack channels are full of great questions, and I want a way of making them searchable, repeatable etc. as the same questions do get asked. I have looked at Questions for Confluence, but want options on integration with the tools we already have.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Kirsten
Hello Kirsten,
Happy to help you with this!
Could you help me to understand exactly what you're looking to do? It sounds like you want to be able to search Slack for answers to your questions, which you can do via Slack. Are you asking to search Slack via Confluence or Jira?
If so, this is not possible in our Slack integration, but I've added your question to the Marketplace collection, in case anyone else has some suggestions about a 3rd party add-on you can use.
For more details on what is supported in our Slack integrations, you can give the following a read:
Let me know if you have any questions about that.
Regards,
Shannon
