is there a possibility to change the payment method to invoice and payment after instead of credit card?

Hi @Marcin Ciżman , as far as I know, this option is available when working through Atlassian partners. You can find them on the Atlassian website or contact me, I will help you find them.

I don't know how you're currently being billed. It appears you may have some options if you're on an annual billing cycle.
I found this page on Atlassian's site regarding How To Pay. There's also a link there to change your payment method.
