Broken macro with Task list

Hi all,

I created a template in which I implemented a task list (30 users) surrounded by a panel macro.

It's useful when somebody wants to create a page without typing the tasks assigned to the same 30 users.

Sometimes, after a user make an edit and click on his task checkbox, the page saved shows a broken macro and no other user can edit the page.

Have you any idea of what it could come from?

In Fact this issue is coming from the simultaneous edit of few different users. Each time a user is clicking the checkbox to indicate that the task is done, if another user is editing the page at the same time, the macro shows has broken macro.
