Browser detection with notification?

Hi,

we know that the InternetExplorer (Not Edge) ist not the best way to access Jira&Confluence etc. and also Internet Explorer 11 is no longer supported.

But. In our company the internet Explorer iss still avriable for using by employees.

So iss there a way to make a Browser - detection by Jira/Confluence and if the IE iss detectet, a Notification with an Info for the user "like wrong browser" comes up

@DKB Service GmbH You could do something like this https://stackoverflow.com/questions/348202/display-a-message-when-a-browser-is-unsupported and add it to the announcement banner in Jira and the custom HTML in Confluence.
