I assume that the defined Site Homepage under Further Configuration is responsible for the redirect if I click on the Site Logo in Confluence.
I want to change that clicking this Logo redirects to the JIRA Service Desk Help Center instead of a selected space dashboard.
Why? Because we want to use Confluence as a Knowledge Base for JIRA Service Desk and redirect ALL users (no matter if they are logged in or not logged in) to a landing page.
It's not possible to send them to a space landing page as I cannot set the according permissions for that space (available for logged out and logged in users).
Do you know if / how I can do that?
My recommendation is to use a reverse proxy to redirect browser requests for the Confluence dashboard URL so that requests for the Confluence dashboard are sent to the Service Desk portal.
The Site Homepage can only be set to a Space home page. Configuring the Site Home Page
To use a page as your site home page:
Go to > General Configuration > Further Configuration.
Choose Edit.
Select a space from the Site Homepage dropdown menu.
When users log in or click the site logo, Confluence will go to the home page of the space you choose here.
Choose Save.
Another workaround would be to set up a space with a landing page which contains a link to the Service Desk but that's not an optimal user experience.
Thanks a lot - will try the suggestion with the reverse proxy and come back again if there are further specific questions.

That sounds like a good plan. Thanks for the update.
In case you haven't chosen a proxy yet, a couple of proxies we have docs for are NGINX and Apache mod_proxy.
