Can I invite the user again who I deleted before?

I invited a user, after few minutes I deleted...

I want to invite the user again with the same email account, 

but the user can't receive a invitation mail...

What should I do?

After deleting and recreating a user the invitation mail should be send out again (as mentioned here in the last sentence https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-re-send-invitation-emails-for-new-jira-users-779160875.html ).

Do you face any other issues with sending emails? If you invite a different newly created user will the email be sent? If you want to spare yourself that testing, just create the user and send them their account information/credentials yourself.
