So we have a requirement for a knowledge base for our Service Desk. We have two Confluence instances (a server and a cloud). The Confluence Server is an internal Confluence with a lot of confidential info which is why we cannot make it available to the public (too many risks!).
Our External Confluence is in the Cloud. And is available to the public.
Would like to know if our Service Desk Server can use our External Confluence as a knowledge base?
