Can not upload image/files to ticket/jira

When we trying to add image/file to jira/ticket its not saving at all.
We have tried different projects and different users but no luck.

This is what all of our agents are getting when they are trying to upload/copy any file/image

this solution did not work for me. Still can't upload images.
