Can you change language for anonymous users?

I see you can change the language in a user profile, so it seems like we should be able to adjust the language somehow in a form presented to anonymous users.  Maybe through URL variable or some other means.  Yet I can't seem to find any way to do this unless the users are all logged into the site.

Does anyone know if it is possible to switch between languages presented to anonymous users? Or have any idea for workarounds?  Plugins perhaps?

Hello, You cannot change the language unless you are logged in ...

try to set a cookie parameter

examples:

confluence-language="de_DE"

or
confluence-language="en_GB"
