Change dimensions of Jira toolbar icons

Hello guys,

how can I change the height of the following jira icons.

After the update they have the dimensions 24x24px but in my old stage they were 16x16px. I customized many of the jira design with the announcement banner but the dimensions of the icon I didn´t change. 

So what is the expression to change these icons (e.g. screenshot).
