Hey there,
so im trying to create a Jira Ticket with data of my ConfiForm Form. Works perfectly fine except for one thing:
In Jira I use the Big Ganzz Add on which gives me a start and end date field. I want to set these fields with input of my form as well. So in the JSON I said:
"customfieldXYZ": "[entry.myDate.jiraDate]"
Somehow this is not working but its not giving me any errors. It just creates the Jira ticket and both Fields are empty.
Anyone knows what to do?

Cannot help much with exact solution, as I guess you need to as the Big Gantt app developers for the correct format this "customfieldXYZ" expects
Do you know what field type it is? Just a date? Or something else?
Alex
It is just a date. I checked the JSON-Object of an existing Jira Issue with the dates set and in there it says
"customfieldxyz": "2023-11-21"
So I thought I could just simply pass the date in the JSON as well... tried with the .jiraDate and without the virtual Function... nothing seems to work

It does not set the date?
I afraid that you need to contact Big Gantt app developers regarding that...

Nahh unfortunatly not.... yeah I guess its about the Big Gantt app then...
Only thing I will try is to change the date via on Update IFTTT. Maybe the dates of the Big Gantt get loaded after the initial creation of the issue and cant be set right of the start.
Gonna share my findings in here.
Thanks a lot for your time and help as always!
