Is there a limit to the number of pages that can be archived by automation in a single run?
I tested the automation in my sandbox and it seems to only be archiving 150 each time I run the rule. My instance is over 10 years old so it be great if I could do more. Anyone else getting different behavior?
Instance: Cloud Premium
Trigger: When Scheduled (but running manually using "Run Rule" button)
Branch rule / for each page: where last updated more than 60 months ago
Then Archive page (Options is set to No configuration so including parent pages)
Hi @Erica Larson ,
In Confluence Cloud, The current limit is set at 500 pages per attempt for premium plan. This limit is in place to ensure that Confluence performs at its highest levels, and Atlassian is working to increase this limit. for more details go through Archive pages.
Regarding the automation, the Atlassian official documentation did not provide specific details on how to check the current limit for archiving pages by automation in Confluence Cloud.
Contact Atlassian Support: Reach out to Atlassian support to inquire about any updates regarding this limit. They might be able to provide a workaround or an alternative solution.
Also, if you feel my input help you please accept the answer.
Regards,
Bhushan
