Hi

I am using confluence to document requirements. I was wondering if there is a sign off button I can add to the page?

Another option is the Page Approval add-on. It's free.

Hi Umar,

not by default. If you like to note the state of your page you can use the Status Macro (see link) or if you like to have a more advanced workflow you can try Comala Workflows Plugin.

The Spectrum Formatting Macros also includes a status macro (and is free), so you may want to check that out, too.
