Confluence labels not recognized as few macros like (Page Properties macro) don't work

Hello,

I am a confluence Admin for 2 seperate instances. One of the instances works fine where Labels are recognized and the other instance has issues with Page properties macro, Decision Log by doing a littke research I have come to a conclusion that both have Labels common which is important to be recognized for the macro's to work. I am not sure if this is the solution to the issue but that is what I am thinking. So Please help me on how the Labels can be recognized in the new instance.

Hey Kartik, have you tried a Reindex in your instance which doesn't work properly? Are the page properties not working in general or just for a few pages? Have you tried removing the labels from the missing pages and adding it again?
