Confluence solution to create a sheet with maker checker option enabled on each new row addition

Hi All,

I am looking for a confluence solution where we create a table(excel table) and multiple users can add/edit row to it with their specific inputs. Once the rows are added/edited, each change done on row goes to approver for review. once change on a is row reviewed and approved, particular row becomes visible to all users.  Also an email alert is triggered for approved/rejected rows .

Kindly suggest me the solution for this.
