Connecting Jira and Confluence.

Is it possible to integrate the descriptions from Jira user stories into Conluence in order to - for example - map all projects as a coherent wiki?
The status of the projects is irrelevant - the name of the projects and the descriptions of the activities and solutions are important.

Unfortunately, I still have one problem. The confluence search does not find any hits in the linked content.
Does confluence support the search in linked content?
