Hello
The question is this:
After transferring JIRA and Confluence to another ip, we cannot enter in Confluence . I can go into JIRA, but into Confluence - an authentication error. Where can I see the configuration of the connection between JIRA and Confluence?
Hi @addmin amin welcome to atlassian community!
You can see the linking document for Jira and Confluence here https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/integrating-jira-and-confluence-2825.html
Once you've logged in into Jira, you can switch to confluence by clicking on dots in left corner. Please follow the below screenshot for same -
Please let me know how it works for you.
Hi @addmin amin
Check in Application Links on both side of the Server in Application Option under Jira Administration and Confluence Administration.
Reconfigure the links.
And aslo are you able to directly access to Confluence and login into Server. You might want to change the Base URL.
Thanks,
Pramodh
