Hi,
I have a jira service desk entities with knowlegde base connected.
I try to see an article from the portal of jsd but I have to click on the button to connect me to confluence. Is it a way to see directly the article ?
For informations, I use the OAuth (impersonation) for the application links.
Bonjour @valerian Baillet et bienvenue à la Communauté!
This looks like the users are defined in different directories. Please verify that Confluence is setup to manage users from the Jira directory: Connecting Confluence to Jira applications for User Management.
Merci!
I will try your solutions since I have the server ready to work

Which type of Application Link is connecting Jira to Confluence? Have found previously this works best with Oauth with impersonation...
Presuming this is server; this is best attempted on a staging environment rather than directly on production as this will mean users have to perform a one-time authentication after they login
