Consumption monitoring of installed plugin at Atlassian products

hello!

we are big company,  working with Atlassian data center products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket ). over the years my team (manage of the products in the company) installed plugins as we were asked by the other teams.

now we want to uninstall unused plugins, before upgrade all the products, but I can't fined a way to know what plugins are in use and what aren't.

Do any body knows some plugin/app that monitoring this usage?

Unfortunately, there is no way to easily find out. 

What we have done before is disable an app that you think noone uses for a week and you will find out right away if someone complains.
