HI,
I am using this feature heavily but still can't find the way to create only chosen issues.

It doesn't let me to chose which of the issues in a table I want to create. So now I need to split table in two, one with already created issues, the other without them and do "create multiple" only for one part. It works, but this is a hurdle. Any better option for that?

Hello @Agnieszka Kornas ,

From what I have found, the "create multiple issues from table" functionality will not allow rows to be chosen, unfortunately it seems to be the entire table selected.

Reference

You could do the following;

  • You could close/won't fix the newly created issues in Jira, then edit the Confluence page and remove the duplicate Jira lozenges from the table. They can be deleted in the editor easily. (unfortunately it is quite a lot of admin in Jira)
  • You could create a new table when adding more issues (the admin is up front and remains in Confluence, not the most efficient use of time though it would create a visual representation of your iterative approach).
  • You could create the issues one by one, thus preserving the original table.

Apologies I cannot be any further assistance,

Danny
