Custom fields value do not appear on Confluence page

hayley_tan September 10, 2021

I have created a new issue type with several custom fields - short text and dropdown. I linked Confluence to Jira by using Insert Jira, then apply a simple JQL for project name and issue type. In the display option, I choose key, summary & custom fields. However, the custom fields appear to be empty in the list.

The issue seems to be fixed https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-71131

Anyone has faced the same issue recently?

Hi @hayley_tan

I would recommend that you open a ticket with the Atlassian Support team on this link.

Please Provide the following details:

  • Summary - a short summary of your problem.
  • Description - details about the problem.
  • Steps to reproduce – if reproducible, provide step by step detailed information
  • Expected Behaviour – what was the expected outcome
  • Severity - give an indication of how many users are affected by the problem
  • Provide screenshots if possible
  • Grant support access to your site when you log a ticket since you can't support logs to them in cloud.

Cheers

Thanks, Fabien. The fields appeared magically the next day. :)
