Do Atlassian Application links use IP addresses?

We are having to update our IP addresses as part of a firewall upgrade. We are trying to determine in advance if our application links between Confluence, JIRA, and Service Desk will be impacted by these changes.

They use whatever address you set them up with.  Most of us use names rather than IP addresses, so it doesn't matter if the underlying IP address changes.
