Duplicate notification mail are sent from confluence 5.5.2 to an only user. The other users only receive one mail.
Does anyone have any idea what is happening?

Can you try the plugin safe mode as described in -> https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/UPM/Disabling+and+enabling+add-ons
Then try to force a notification.
Are there still that much notifications?
If yes -> go to http://support.atlassian.com
If no -> then you have to find out wich plugin causes this phenomenon

He receives more than 20 notificactions for the same change. I cant't find the reason.

Are there two accounts with the same email address? Maybe that user has an admin account or something?

As a starter, you can check the email headers of both emails to get a hand of who sent the notifications.
