Embed material on Confluence page is not showing on Jira Service Desk searched page

We have Jira service desk and Confluence integrated, say our KB articles contain embedded Google Doc/Slide/Spreadsheet (by Confluence add-on, for the advanced security control), so when our user searches the KB article from the help center, we hope the page (opens from the Jira service desk KB searched result as a pop-up window) can also show the Google material successfully.

But it doesn't work, it just shows nothing.

Our Jira and Confluence are both server version.

The add-on we use to embed Google materials is

We also install the Jira version add-on from the same vendor to see if it would work, but with no luck.

Can anyone give me a solution for our use case? other add-on suggestion will also be appreciated.
